image00Families from around the world whose lives have been wrecked by the Drug War will gather at the United Nations on the 18th April to demand that their leaders end the drug war. The UN is hosting the biggest global drugs meeting in a generation the next day.

Just as families and mothers played a lead role in repealing alcohol Prohibition in the 1930s, they will lead the campaign to end the failed global drug war.

The protest will feature an original 1930s car like the one used in the original anti-Prohibition campaigns, complete with slogans and period costumes. Representatives from US, Canada, the Philippines, Afghanistan, Kenya, Mexico and the UK will be available for interview.
