Anyone’s Child: Families for Safer Drug Control and Transform Drug Policy Foundation are pleased to invite you to our upcoming webinar ‘Take Drugs Seriously: Drugs, Trafficking and Exploitation’.

About this Event

This webinar coincides with the launch of our new briefing ‘Reforming drug policies to reduce trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable people’.

Thursday 10th September 20:00 GMT

We will be joined by:

Neil Woods, author of bestseller ‘Good Cop: Bad War’ and Chairperson of Law Enforcement Action Partnership
Coletta Youngers, Senior Fellow at the Washington Office on Latin America
Ester Kincová, Transform Research and Policy Officer and co-author of the briefing

Together the panel will explore the interactions between drug policies and the trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable people. They will discuss whether alternative approaches to drug policy could deliver better outcomes and reduce harms. This will then be followed by a Q&A.

The webinar will be chaired by Jane Slater, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Transform and Campaign Manager of Anyone’s Child.
